For psychologists and care providers

Rating scales, digitised. The score computed exactly as the manual says.

Send the patient a link. They answer at their own pace, on their phone or computer — every click autosaves. You see the total score, the subscales and the cut-offs, exactly as the manual computes them.

60 Swedish rating scales are already built in, from RAADS-14 Screen to AUDIT, PHQ-9 and GAD-7 — every question verbatim from the source.

No diagnosis, no advice. Only the manual's arithmetic.

How it works

Three steps, and the score computes itself.

Step 1

Send a link.

One unique link per patient, or a paper form with a QR code. The link expires whenever you choose — tomorrow or in a month — and the patient is only a code: no name, no personal ID number.

Step 2

The patient answers.

One question at a time, verbatim from the source — on the phone or the computer. Every click saves straight to the server: close the tab by accident, and nothing is lost.

Step 3

The score computes.

Total score, subscales, cut-offs and norm groups — computed by the manual's own formula the moment the patient submits. Print it, export it as CSV, or open the report straight away.

Instruments

60 Swedish rating scales, in one consistent look.

From FBanken's archive. Every question is checked word for word against the source PDF by a script of its own, and shown in Psykolod's own look whatever the original looks like — the licence status (open or non-commercial) travels with every instrument.

Paper & iPhone

The original, on paper. Read back with a photo.

Print the original form with an opaque form code in the margin — never the patient code, a link or a scoring page. The patient fills it in by hand, exactly as before.

Pair your phone with the Psykolod iPhone app and photograph the filled-in form. The app reads the marked boxes and enters the answers directly — the photo, and anything written in the form's own personal-data fields, never leaves the phone.

Prefer the web instead? Type the same form in by hand in the caregiver view, or register it on the spot when the patient hands it in.

For the clinic

Every click and every look, logged. Each role sees only its own part.

The patient's answers

Every answer, timestamped to the second.

Every click the patient makes is saved on its own — which answer, exactly when, and whether they change their mind before submitting. You also see when the tab is hidden and shown again, and for how long: never what the patient did elsewhere, only that they paused.

No raw IP address and no raw user agent is stored, only the device class — phone or computer — and the times.

Click log for a form in progress: timestamped events per question, including a changed answer and a period when the tab was hidden, up to submission. Clinical staff's access

Every look at a result is auditable.

If someone opens, prints or exports a result, it is logged against that very result and shows up in its own activity history. The same goes for granting, changing or removing a permission — who did it, to whom, and when.

The log never contains answers, scores or tokens — only who, what and when.

Dashboards

See the clinic, not just the patient.

Score distributions with the cut-off drawn in, subscale profiles, weekly completions and a funnel from link sent to form submitted — all in the clinic's own charts, never in beacon orange or any other warning colour.

Advanced access control

The right person sees the right part — never more.

Access is set per patient, at four levels — usage, read, write, admin — for a person, a team or a whole organisation. A billing role, for example, sees how many forms were sent and completed, never a single answer or result. An organisation's owner gets no access to results by default either; it is granted, like any other permission, explicitly, and that grant is logged.

Privacy & responsibility
